These terms govern your use of the Euryka website, demo meetings, and trial accounts provided by Euryka Data Management Inc. (“Euryka”, “we”). Paid plans are governed by a separate agreement.
Trial accounts
- Trials run 14 days unless extended in writing, and are for evaluation with sample or your own non-production data.
- We may suspend a trial that is abused, and trial content is deleted when the trial ends without conversion unless you ask otherwise.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to breach access controls, or probe other tenants’ data.
- You are responsible for the data you enter and for having the rights to process it.
Intellectual property
The Euryka software, site content, and documentation remain ours. Your catalog data remains yours. Downloadable overviews and decks may be shared inside your organization but not republished.
Warranties and liability
Trials are provided “as is” for evaluation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for trial use is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding 3 months (zero for free trials), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either side may end a trial at any time. On termination your access stops and, on request, we delete your trial content and confirm deletion.
